Frequently Asked Questions
We gathered the most common questions about our treatments, clinic experience and international patient journey.
Ultherapy is a non-surgical face-lifting treatment that delivers focused ultrasound energy to the SMAS layer beneath the skin to stimulate it. It is needle-free, incision-free and has no downtime; it visibly tightens the jawline, neck, brow and décolletage. Results become apparent within 2–3 months and last around 12–18 months. Unlike a surgical facelift there is no operation, no anesthesia and no recovery period.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is plasma derived from your own blood with concentrated platelet content. The growth factors it contains stimulate tissue renewal and collagen production. It is used effectively for facial rejuvenation, acne scars, pigmentation, hair loss (combined with mesotherapy) and under-eye darkness. Around 3–4 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart are recommended; because PRP comes from your own body, there is no allergy risk.
Cryolipolysis is a non-surgical body-contouring method that uses controlled cooling to crystallise stubborn pockets of fat so the body naturally eliminates the damaged fat cells. It is applied to the abdomen, flanks, back, arms and chin area. A session takes about 35–60 minutes and has no downtime. Results become visible within 4–12 weeks; because the destroyed fat cells do not regenerate, results are long-lasting as long as you maintain your weight.
With FUE the grafts are extracted one by one, channels are opened, and the grafts are placed into those channels. With DHI a Choi implanter pen opens the channel and places the graft in a single step. DHI is more suitable for transplanting between existing hair, density-boost operations and beard/eyebrow transplants. The choice depends on graft count, the area to be treated and your doctor's evaluation.
The duration of acne treatment depends on the type and severity of the acne and your skin type. Mild acne usually shows clear improvement within 1–3 months, while moderate-to-severe cases may require a 4–6 month plan. The plan typically combines medical skincare, chemical peels, mesotherapy and, when needed, prescription medications recommended by a . A maintenance routine after the active phase is important to prevent relapse.
After identifying the cause of pigmentation (sun damage, hormonal, post-acne, melasma, etc.) we build a personalised plan. We use Q-Switch laser, chemical peels, mesotherapy, PRP for pigmentation and PB serum either alone or in combination. Daily use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen during and after treatment is the single most important step to prevent the pigmentation from coming back.
Mesotherapy is the injection of customised mixtures containing vitamins, minerals, hyaluronic acid and amino acids into the skin with very fine needles. Facial mesotherapy is used for radiance and tightening, hair mesotherapy for hair loss and thinning, and body mesotherapy for cellulite and localised slimming. A typical course is 4–6 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. Apart from mild redness after the session there are no significant side effects.
Yes. Hair transplants can be performed successfully on women. Female hair loss is usually diffuse thinning, so donor-area evaluation is different. After analysing the cause of your hair loss, our doctor will prepare a personalised plan; in some cases medical treatment is recommended before transplantation.
Yes. Plexr uses plasma energy to tighten loose eyelid skin without any surgical incision. It produces effective results for upper eyelid sagging, forehead lines, crow's feet and general skin laxity. The procedure takes around 30–45 minutes and only requires topical anesthesia. Mild crusting in the first week is normal; results become visible within 2–4 weeks and a single session is enough for most patients.
Botox results typically become visible within 3–7 days and reach full effect in 14 days. Duration varies between individuals but averages 4–6 months. With regular sessions, muscle behaviour adapts and effect duration tends to lengthen over time.
Hyaluronic-acid based fillers are very safe when applied with FDA/CE-approved products. Mild redness, swelling or bruising can occur within the first 24–48 hours and resolves on its own. Fillers performed by inexperienced hands can cause serious complications, so always choose an experienced physician.
Depending on hair structure, hormonal status and the treated area, an average of 6–10 sessions is needed for lasting results. Sessions are scheduled 4–6 weeks apart. Some areas benefit from occasional maintenance sessions.
Hydrafacial is a skin-rejuvenation treatment that combines cleansing, pore extraction, exfoliation, hydration and antioxidant care in one session. It is suitable for all skin types and effective against acne, pigmentation, dullness and signs of ageing. You can return to daily life immediately after the session.
No. Lipolysis treatments (injection lipolysis, cryolipolysis, ultrasound, etc.) are non-surgical methods. They require no anesthesia, have no downtime and you can return to daily life immediately. Results become visible within 4–12 weeks.
